Role: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per annum
Hours: Full-time; Permanent (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with on call responsibilities)

Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting a Children Home Registered Manager to join our team based in Porton, Wiltshire.
The Farmhouse is based in a calm and quiet location and supports vulnerable children and young people aged 14-16 years old with Autism, Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs. 
We build incredible futures by giving our children and young people opportunities to develop their life skills and personal interests, to fulfil their potential.

Our next Registered Manager will be someone who has: 
• Level 5 Diploma - Leadership and Management Children’s and Young People (Mandatory) 
• Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
• High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
• Experience of leading and motivating teams
• Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
