📍 Location: Worthing, West Sussex
💷 Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year (depending on experience)
⭐ Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus on-call

We are seeking an inspiring Registered Manager to lead our 26-bed residential care home in Worthing, providing a warm, professional, and high-quality service to residents and their families.
The Opportunity

You will lead with confidence, compassion, and professionalism, shaping a culture where outstanding care is delivered every day.
You will:
Bring strong clinical understanding, emotional intelligence, and leadership capability
Lead, develop, and motivate a committed care team
Collaborate with peer managers across the group
Work closely with Directors to drive quality and improvement
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day home operations and champion excellence in care
Ensure compliance with CQC, Care Act 2014, MCA, and DoLS
Promote dignity, independence, and safety for all residents
Inspire and develop staff through clear leadership and support
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
About You
✅Experienced care home leader with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
✅NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
✅Strong knowledge of adult social care regulations
✅Excellent communicator who leads by example
✅Values-driven, compassionate, and resilient
