Registered General Nurse in North Yorkshire.

Rates are between £14.90-£25.00.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities include:

• Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documents.

• Observe and record the condition of patients.

• Coordinate and manage care for the patients, while working closely with other healthcare professionals.

• Supervising junior staff.

• Provide information and emotional support to patients and relatives.

• Administer medication via appropriate route.

• Discharge planning.

Registered General Nurse Role Requirements:

• NMC Registration 6 months.

• Minimum 6 months experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse.

• To meet compliance requirement including DBS.

• Right to work in the UK- Proof will be required.
