The Registered Dietitian reports to the Manager, Home Dialysis and Multi-Care Kidney Clinic.
Accountabilities:
• Provide nutrition intervention and education to renal patients
• Provide group-based education, individual counseling sessions and facilitates dietary workshops as needed
• Participate in peritoneal dialysis and pre-dialysis clinics
• Project work may be required
• Practical training in an accredited practical program in Canada or equivalent
• Member in good standing (good character and conduct) and membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario is required
• Language proficiency in English required
• Record of ethical and competent practice
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and group facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience in an outpatient renal program would be an asset to this position
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
• Travel between and work at all Osler sites required

Hours: Currently days,8 hours shifts including weekends and statutory holidays  (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
SALARY:
Minimum: $41.76 per hour
Maximum: $53.50 per hour
