Registered Dental Hygienist - Elm Grove / West Allis / Hartland / Cedarburg

We’re hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join a private group practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a Monday–Thursday role in a collaborative, modern clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive care, prophys, exams, and take digital X-rays
• Perform periodontal treatments including scaling and root planing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Follow infection control standards and best clinical practices
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients

Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with digital X-rays and electronic records
• Open Dental experience a plus
