Lyon College School of Dental Medicine (LCSDM) is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused professional with a strong work ethic to join our student and faculty clinics as a Registered Dental Assistant.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting student doctors throughout their clinical education by providing high-quality assistance in both simulation and patient care clinics. This position encompasses multiple areas of responsibility, with a primary focus on patient care and clinical support. Working alongside student and faculty doctors in an educational clinic environment, you will:

Support the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Assist in clinical and simulation sessions.

Help ensure students have the resources, guidance, and assistance they need to succeed in their educational clinical journey.

Contribute to the daily operations and activities necessary to maintain LCSDM’s high standards of patient care.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED

Must have completed a dental assistant training program and possess current Arkansas Registered Dental Assistant License

Must be able to work within the supervision requirements of the state dental practice act

Expanded Function Permit preferred

Minimum of five years clinical experience is preferred
