What You'll Be Doing:

Helping young kids achieve their goals through behavior therapy (and making a huge difference in their lives).

Collecting data on their progress (important, but we make it simple).

Working directly with clients in one-on-one and small group settings.

Learning and growing through experienced, hands-on supervision.

Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with a supportive team.

Making every session count by focusing on the unique needs of each child.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re an RBT – certified and ready to make an impact.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

You have a passion for working with kids and a heart for early childhood development.

You’re a great communicator who thrives in a team environment.

You’re open to learning, feedback, and professional growth.
