About the Role

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents in school and home settings across Venice, FL. You’ll work closely with our BCBA team to implement behavior intervention plans, facilitate social skills, and help clients reach life-changing goals.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school, home, and community settings

Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA

Collect and input accurate data in real-time

Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Experience with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings

Reliable transportation (for travel between home/school cases)

25-30 hours per week
