On the Lookout for a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
• Position: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
• Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience
• Location: 480 Racetrack Rd, McDonough, GA 30252

What You’ll Do
• Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Carry out behavior intervention plans designed around each client’s unique goals and strengths.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Partner with your BCBA to ensure treatment decisions are thoughtful, strategic, and data-driven.
• Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
• Work across settings—homes, schools, and clinics—to support clients where they thrive best.
What You Bring
• Active RBT certification.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with individuals across home, school, or clinical environments.
• A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with autism and helping families succeed.
• Ability to work full time hours Monday-Friday with availability from 8-5:30.
