What You’ll Do

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic environment

Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs/BCaBAs

Help children build communication, behavioral, and social skills

Track progress using electronic data systems

Collaborate with supervisors to adjust goals and strategies

Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Active RBT certification

High school diploma or GED

CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with ABA methodologies (DTT, PECS, PRT)

Clinic-based ABA experience

Comfort with electronic documentation systems
