On the Lookout for a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
• Position: Full-Time, 8:00-5:30 Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience
• Location: 7597 Taylor Rd, Riverdale, GA 30274 in the morning and 3385 Flat Shoals Rd, Decatur, GA 30034 in the afternoon

What You’ll Do
• Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals and strengths.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to track progress and guide next steps.
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
• Work across homes, schools, and clinic settings to support clients where they thrive best.
What You Bring
• Active RBT certification.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supporting individuals in home, school, or clinical environments.
• A genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism and empowering families.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Open to traveling between 7597 Taylor Rd, Riverdale, GA 30274 in the morning and 3385 Flat Shoals Rd, Decatur, GA 30034 in the afternoon
