About the Role
We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in our clinic-based setting in Pinellas County. You’ll deliver direct ABA therapy to children and teens with autism, ADHD, and related diagnoses. This role offers structure, variety, and a collaborative setting where you’ll learn and grow every day.
What You’ll Do
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
Provide 1:1 therapy in our clinic setting, with possible opportunities for school and home cases
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress
Support generalization of skills in naturalistic teaching formats
Participate in RBT group supervision and training
Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals for coordinated care
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality at all times

What We’re Looking For
Current RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months—we’ll support you!)
Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, compassionate care
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
Fluent in English and strong communication skills
Must be able to kneel, crouch, and move quickly
Must have a current RBT certification
