Your Role and Impact
As an RBT, you will provide direct, one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clients’ homes and community settings.
Empower Clients: Implement individualized treatment plans focused on crucial life skills: communication, daily living skills, and self-management, helping clients gain independence and control over their lives.
Ensure Fidelity: Execute BCBA-designed plans with integrity and collect precise, concise session data.
Collaborate for Success: Work respectfully with caregivers and your supervising BCBA to track progress and ensure meaningful, day-to-day results.
The Details
Location: Service area includes Chelmsford, Lowell, Dracut, and Middlesex County communities within a 30-minute drive of Lowell, MA.
Schedule: Part-time, minimum of 10 consistent hours per week required. Typical hours are 4 PM – 7 PM, Monday–Friday.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)
Must be over the age of 18 and legally permitted to work in the USA.
Reliable and insured personal transportation.
Ability to pass Criminal, OIG, and Abuse History Background Checks.
Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week consistently.
High School Diploma or GED is acceptable for well-qualified candidates.
Highly Preferred Qualities
Active RBT Credential is strongly encouraged. (Please note RBT training/eligibility on your cover letter).
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree (especially those preparing for their BCBA exam).
Dependable, reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
Professional or formal volunteer experience with individuals diagnosed with ID/DD and/or children.
Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Comfortable driving to and working in homes and community settings.
