The Opportunity

We are seeking Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our Medical and Rehabilitation Ward at Baringa Private Hospital. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

Skills and Experience

Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Minimum two (2) years acute nursing care experience.
Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
Previous experience on a medical or rehabilitation ward is desirable
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
Ability to work a rotating roster

Remuneration

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from:

Registered Nurse - $37.75 - $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Enrolled Nurse - $33.95 - $36.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter)

Requirements

Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
