We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team at our headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment across multiple countries, with a focus on Business Development and Commercial roles, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to support our international growth.

While the main focus of the role is recruitment, there will be opportunities to gradually expand into broader HR partnering responsibilities.

What you'll do:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across different countries, with a primary focus on Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships positions.
Partner with international hiring managers to understand market-specific needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Draft and publish engaging, localized job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and relevant communities.
Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent pipelines for different regions.
Utilize ATS (Workable) and AI-powered recruitment tools to manage pipelines, KPIs, and reporting.
Support and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires across regions.
