We are seeking an experienced Regional Program Sourcing Specialist to lead and manage program-level sourcing activities across the APAC region. This role serves as the key focal point for program sourcing, partnering closely with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of equipment and services.
The position supports multiple programs across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, playing a critical role in driving value, supplier performance, and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing activities for equipment and services to support multiple programs across the APAC region.
• Develop and execute program sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, profitability, cash flow, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Program Managers to create sourcing plans, define deliverables, and ensure on-time execution.
• Manage end-to-end RFQ processes, including commercial evaluations, supplier selection, and award recommendations.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with program schedules, specifications, budgets, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to optimize and synergize the regional supplier base.
• Continuously evaluate and manage critical supplier performance in collaboration with program teams.
• Ensure sourcing activities adhere to international trade compliance, tariffs, and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Indirect Category Managers on group-managed categories (e.g., freight).
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of experience in program or project-based procurement, managing simultaneous programs across multiple categories.
• Strong knowledge of project procurement practices, cost structures, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
