We are looking for a Regional Sourcing Specialist to support our Johor manufacturing operations and play a key role within the APAC Global Sourcing team. Based in Johor Bahru Malaysia, this position works closely with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies that deliver cost, quality, and supply continuity improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate sourcing projects, including RFQs, source packs, project transfers, NPIs, and ECNs
• Support material qualification and localization / best‑cost‑country initiatives
• Identify and deliver cost savings and value‑creation opportunities through negotiation and re‑sourcing
• Build strong supplier relationships, assessing capabilities, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Lead RFQ processes and supplier negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms
• Partner with Category Managers to implement regional sourcing strategies
• Proactively manage supply chain and supplier risks through dual sourcing and contingency planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal and supplier audits
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation, risk management, and value‑creation methods
• Experience working in a regional or global organization across cultures and time zones
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Independent, proactive, and a strong problem solver
