The Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a central role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across your designated region. You will take full ownership of your territory, developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results and long-term value.
Working closely with contractors, consultants, and key customers, you will build strong, lasting relationships and position yourself as a trusted partner within the industry. Your ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and convert prospects into successful projects will be key to your success.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Drive and exceed regional sales targets, delivering strong commercial results
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across the region
Build, develop, and strengthen high-value relationships with contractors, consultants, and key customers
Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to successful deal closure
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on ventilation solutions and applications
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer demands
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver clear, insightful sales reporting and forecasts

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will bring a strong track record of success within the ventilation, HVAC, and building services sector, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.

You will be confident in developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering consistent results against ambitious targets. A proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and maximise opportunities will be key to your success in this role.

Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential for this field-based role) Valid Business Car insurance must be in place to undertake this role.Â
Proven experience within a sales role, selling Ventilation minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong track record of building and managing customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently across a regional territory
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Qualifications
Ideally qualified in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Sales or industry-related certifications are advantageous
Membership of, or familiarity with, relevant industry bodies (CIBSE, BESA, or similar) Desirable.
Knowledge of UK building regulations, compliance, and ventilation standards (Essential)
