Sales Manager will be critical in achieving individual and team sales targets.

This role is for US/CA team & night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
• Set clear objectives and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline, actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software HubSpot Preferred and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Should be willing to travel internationally when business requires.
