Your tasks: 📌

• Support and expansion of existing customers in Baden-Württemberg (industry, OEM, energy)

• Active acquisition of new customers in the industrial B2B environment

• Technical and commercial consulting for decision-makers (on-site & online)

• Creation, tracking, and negotiation of offers and contracts

• Documentation in CRM, market observation, and close cooperation with the office staff

Your profile: 🔎

• Technical education/degree (electrical engineering or mechatronics)

• Experience in technical sales or account management

• Knowledge of energy distribution, transformers, or industrial infrastructure

• Strong communication skills, confident negotiator, technical understanding

• Willingness to travel up to approx. 50%, very good English, CRM/Salesforce skills
