The Candel Company is Nigeria’s leading crop yield advancement and production company. As a result of growth and the need to strengthen our current team, we need exceptional individuals with the right qualifications, mentality, drive and experience to join our team of professionals.

Location: Ibadan, Onitisha, Kaduna, Gombe, Gusau

Responsibilities:

Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing, regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Establishes sale objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for territories in support of national objectives, meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.

Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance, initiating corrective actions.etc

Qualification:

A minimum of 5 years experience, years of experience in the FMCG (fast moving consumers goods) sector is an added advantage

Hardworking, ethical, disciplined and a team player

Minimum of second class upper division in management sciences or any relevant discipline form a reputable institution.

A degree in crop protection or agronomy with a thesis in weed science or agricultural biology and /or master’s degree in management or any relevant and related discipline is an added advantage.

Ability to meet sales goals, territory management, presentations skills, performance manamangemnt, building relationships, emphasizing excellence.
