Job Description
Intro:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales through partner development for market expansion across North Africa.
The role also includes commercial and technical support to the Middle East region when required.
The position covers the full Proceq product portfolio, with a strong strategic and technical focus on Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) solutions, supporting infrastructure, inspection, and asset integrity markets.
This is a field-oriented role, requiring close engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and up to 50% travel.
What will you do:
- Sales & Target Achievement:
• Achieving assigned sales targets in line with regional objectives
• Developing and executing sales and market development plans for the assigned territories
• Promoting and selling all Proceq product lines, with a strong focus on GPR solutions
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-up
- Partner Identification & Development:
• Identifying, assessing, and recommending potential partners and distributors
• Working closely with the MEA Head to onboard and develop partners
• Supporting partners in customer engagement, tenders, and project development
• Providing structured feedback on partner performance and market coverage
• Pricing recommendations to be prepared and discussed with management before final approval
- Technical & Commercial Support:
• Providing pre-sales technical support to customers and partners
• Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits
• Supporting Middle East region activities when needed
• Acting as a technical and commercial reference for consultants, contractors, and asset owners
- Training & Market Enablement:
• Delivering sales and technical training to partner sales and engineering teams with the help of our Solutions Consultant
• Supporting partner onboarding and ongoing capability development
• Ensuring partners can correctly position and represent Proceq solutions in the market
- Sales & Marketing Contribution:
• Actively contributing to regional sales and marketing activities, including:
• Events, workshops, and seminars
• Customer visits and technical days
• Market awareness and solution positioning
• Collecting and sharing market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Team Contribution & Reporting:
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and regional colleagues
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and regular reporting especially after travelling
• Contributing to team objectives and regional strategy execution
What do we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Geophysics, Electrical, or related)
• Experience in technical sales or regional business development
• Experience with NDT, GPR, Geospacial, inspection, or infrastructure technologies
• Proven exposure to African markets, preferably North Africa
• Fluency in French and English, Arabic is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently across multi-country regions
• Successfully working with distributors in the past
• Comfortable to travel up to 50% across assigned regions
