Cleafy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
As a Regional Sales Manager at Cleafy, you will leverage your expertise in the cybersecurity landscape to articulate our value proposition and position our solutions effectively against the competition. You will ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Working closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, you will help develop effective sales strategies that align with our clients’ needs and help combat digital fraud. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your target region that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and client needs.
• Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to articulate Cleafy’s value proposition and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports on metrics and forecast.
• Provide feedback from clients to the technical and product teams to inform product development and improve service delivery.
• Attend industry events and represent Cleafy professionally to enhance our visibility in the market.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industries with a focus on enterprise sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence at all levels within an organization.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with financial institutions.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
