Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Regional Sales Manager -All governorates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and develop Sales Supervisors and their teams.
• Conduct field visits to ensure strong execution.
• Build relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and visibility implementation.
• Analyze regional performance and provide strategic actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA is a plus).
• 5–8+ years of sales experience, including managerial roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in FMCG/pharma preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools; willing to travel.
