Job Description
Regional Sales and Partnerships Manager (x2)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
At Proximo, the UK’s leading provider of specialist and adapted replacement vehicles, we are dedicated to keeping people on the move. When vehicles are out of action, we step in to provide replacements, ensuring our customers maintain their independence and mobility.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for two ambitious, high-energy sales professionals to help drive that growth. This isn’t a boxed-in role with a rigid brief. We’re hiring proven dealmakers and partnership builders, and we’ll shape the role around your strengths, your network, and where you win best. This role is focused on winning new business.
We’re especially keen to hear from people who’ve worked with public sector organisations, transport operators, insurers, or healthcare providers. If you understand how procurement works and know how to build long-term partnerships, you’ll fit well here. With the majority of your time focused on winning new clients, you’ll be supported by a dedicated account management function handling onboarding, service delivery, and retention.
Your role
You’ll work with senior decision-makers to position Proximo as a trusted partner across repair management, motor claims, and specialist mobility services. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, including tenders and procurement, and help them find solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.

• Match our services to real customer needs
What we’re looking for

Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building strong interpersonal relationships
Comfortable working in tender-led / procurement environments

Location & travel
This is a home-based role with regular travel. You should be commutable to our offices either in Chester (Head Office) or Coventry (Sales Office).

What we offer
We’re investing in growth, and these are important hires for us. You’ll have the support you need to focus on what you do best: building relationships and winning business. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll have uncapped commission and real earning potential.
