Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as Regional Qualification Senior Specialist and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organisation. Your job? You will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities

• Verify that parameters, op. conditions and acceptance criteria are defined (per SOP)
• Collect electronically stored data (e.g., from suppliers)
• Describe project details
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to quality rules are regulations
• Fulfil template according to equipment type & specific requirements
• Prepare data for analysis conducted by qualification expert
• Schedule formal consolidated review & approval meetings

About you
 

• Experience: Professional experience in data management (transcription & verification) (required for qualification)
• Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
• Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat), Word, Excel, Power Point
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related field
• Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian
