• Ensure all key deliverables (test plans, training programs, change management materials, cutover checklists, post-implementation reports) are completed on time and to quality standards
• Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring timely updates and alignment across business units and executive leadership.
• Plan and implement change management strategies, including training, adoption plans, and user readiness activities.
• Document pilot lessons learned and integrated them into the rollout wave methodology.
• Oversee vendor/system integrator activities and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support PMO governance and standard methodology for rollout waves.
Essential Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s/MBA preferred
• ERP project manager with experience delivering large-scale implementations, in service or compliance-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms covering finance, HR, client management, and service operations.
• Skilled at leading pilots and scaling into multi-country rollout waves.
• Strong communicator and influencer across local and global teams.
• Proven stakeholder, vendor, and change management skills.
• Passion for driving quality, compliance, and operational excellence in service delivery.
Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally globally, with initial focus on pilot implementation.
• High cultural awareness and ability to manage multiple parallel projects and project managers in rollout waves.
