Across North America, Gracie Barra operates through a connected ecosystem that includes GBJJNA, GB Wear, GB Online, GB Institute, and GB Events.
The Regional Performance Integrator (RPI) serves as a strategic bridge between Gracie Barra Corporate entities and the franchise school network across North America. This role ensures that corporate initiatives are clearly communicated, effectively adopted, and translated into measurable results at the regional and school levels.
Unlike a traditional management or sales role, the RPI leads through influence, credibility, and service—building strong relationships while driving alignment, performance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary connector between GB Corporate entities and assigned regions.
Translate corporate initiatives into clear, actionable regional priorities.
Partner closely with Development Council Members to ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through.
Facilitate regional meetings, gather structured feedback, and monitor engagement and sentiment.
Support proactive conflict resolution in alignment with GB’s Safety, Ethics, and Compliance framework.
Collect and analyze regional performance data to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Business Development & Growth Support
Enable adoption of GB programs, products, and initiatives that drive school performance.
Identify regional growth opportunities, adoption gaps, and operational challenges.
Provide data-driven recommendations that support enrollment growth, retention, and network sustainability.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Solid business acumen with understanding of school performance drivers (enrollment, retention, operations).
Experience facilitating meetings, managing follow-ups, and coordinating stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn feedback and data into insights.
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without formal authority.
Bilingual (Brazilian Portuguese x English) and multicultural experience is a plus.
