Flora Food Group is on an exciting journey of growth and expansion, and we are seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our high-performing regional team. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional finance/leadership team and gain deep exposure across multiple markets, shaping the financial future of one of the fastest-growing regions.

You will be a key member of the regional FP&A Centre of Excellence, supporting multiple market finance teams in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insights. This role will help drive standardization, accuracy, and efficiency across daily, weekly, and monthly performance management processes, enabling markets to focus more on business partnering and decision support.

With full exposure to P&L delivery and senior stakeholders, this is a career-defining role for an ambitious finance professional ready to make an impact.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Delivering performance reporting and analysis
– You’ll prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards across sales, margins, costs, and P&L metrics, and support variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.

Supporting forecasting and budgeting cycles
– You’ll assist market finance teams with rolling forecasts, annual plans, and strategic plans, ensuring data accuracy and consistency checks.

Managing month-end and year-end closing activities
– You’ll collaborate with subsidiaries to ensure accurate closing data, generate reports, and resolve issues while driving continuous improvement.

Driving data management and process excellence
– You’ll extract and validate data from SAP and Power BI, maintain master data hygiene, and support standardization and automation of reporting tools.

Providing business insights and stakeholder collaboration
– You’ll work closely with global, regional, and market finance teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
