Responsibilities:
• Responsible for support recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; docs preparation, Background check Etc
• Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
• Collaboration with local shools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements:
• BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field
• Have a basic understanding of recruitment and human resource
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to manage tasks
