A Day in the Life

Join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team as a Regional Marketing Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of electrophysiology in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead regional marketing initiatives across a full portfolio of innovative products, driving strategy, launches, and customer engagement. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and clinical expertise, contributing directly to the growth and adoption of cutting-edge cardiac ablation solutions in a fast-evolving market.

The role is Italy-based and reports to the WE CAS Marketing Director, with close collaboration across the Italy Operating Unit. You will partner daily with the Italy OU Business Leader, sales managers, sales representatives, technical consultants, and European marketing, product, T&E, and clinical teams. The position involves regional travel ( 30 – 50%) to support customer engagements, product launches, and local congresses and events, offering strong exposure to both internal stakeholders and key customers.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Drive flawless product launches execution and product adoption in Italy. 
• Engage daily with the sales force and sales leadership teams to effectively drive the growth and adoption of our products in the Italian market. 
• Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, ensure tracking of initiatives to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Engage the clinical and medical scientist team to drive the execution of clinical initiatives at local level through the technical and sales team.
• Provide support to regional sales team on best practices, therapy/product expertise, clinical data in customer visits and local events.
• Engage and build relationships with main customers and key opinion leaders in Italy, share gained customer insights with broader teams.
• Gather and analyze competitive information to develop new initiatives as needed.  Oversee development and execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with European marketing team.
• Organize local congresses, incl scientific symposia, experts meetings, innovation days to ensure strong and impactful CAS presence.
• Provide input on product line sales forecasting for the region, as well as budget planning. 
• Analyze market and sales dynamics (market share analysis, sales data etc) and draw insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and tactics.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the medical device industry (ideally CRM and/or Electrophysiology).
• Strong strategic marketing background with a proven track record of project execution and product support.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to quickly grasp clinical and technical concepts.
