Role Overview
CXM is looking for a highly driven Regional Marketing Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Sales Team.
This role will be responsible for driving client acquisition, brand growth, and partner expansion across SSA markets, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy while adapting campaigns to local market dynamics.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and execution-focused, with strong experience in performance marketing, partnerships, and revenue-generating campaigns within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth across SSA markets
Localize global campaigns to suit regional audiences and market trends
Identify opportunities to expand brand presence and client acquisition
Sales & Revenue Support
Work closely with the Sales Team to support client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume growth
Develop marketing initiatives that drive IB partnerships and trader engagement
Campaign & Performance Management
Lead regional campaigns across digital channels, partnerships, influencers, and offline activations
Monitor campaign performance including CPA, ROI, and conversion metrics
Provide regular performance insights and reporting to leadership
Events & Partnerships
Organize regional seminars, trading workshops, expos, and roadshows
Build relationships with key influencers, educators, and strategic partners in the region
Brand & Compliance
Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with company policies and maintain consistent brand positioning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years marketing experience (Forex / Financial Services preferred)
Strong background in performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns
Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
