Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Regional Marketing Manager – LATAM (Including Brazil) to deliver and execute regional marketing campaigns, brand activations, and CRM workflows across LATAM. This role will work closely with Central Marketing to ensure global alignment and brand consistency, while executing locally with strong regional relevance.

The Regional Marketing Manager for LATAM will have the chance to:
Execute marketing campaigns across LATAM in alignment with central marketing priorities and timelines.
Coordinate end-to-end execution across channels (digital, social, email, performance support, partnerships, events)
Plan and deliver local brand activations (events, sponsorships, partnerships, promotions) across the region.
Coordinate localization and rollout of marketing assets in Spanish and Portuguese, ensuring brand consistency.
Support the rollout and execution of CRM campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys.
Manage operational marketing tasks: briefs, timelines, translations, stakeholder coordination, approvals, compliance, and delivery tracking.
Act as the regional marketing execution lead connecting Central Marketing with LATAM local teams.
Improve regional execution workflows, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to better operational efficiency.
Track, report and analyze campaign execution and performance insights.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
3+ years experience in marketing execution, regional marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management.
Strong experience running multi-market campaigns and coordinating stakeholders across countries/teams.
Exposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience supporting workflows and email campaign execution.
Fluent in Portuguese + Spanish; English is required for central team alignment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.
LATAM market understanding is essential; Brazil-based profile preferred.
Industry experience is a plus.
