Role Overview

As the Regional Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting business growth within the Nigerian market. Your primary focus will be to assist in generating new business, strengthening brand trust, and supporting sales activity through targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

Working closely with the regional sales team and the wider global marketing function, you will help localize and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing campaigns aimed at generating new business and strengthening brand presence in Nigeria.

Support sales teams with marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and locally relevant sales materials.

Create and localize engaging, on-brand content for digital and offline channels, including social media, email, events, and promotional materials.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of events, seminars, partnerships, and promotional activations.

Help guide and support social media activity for the Nigerian market, including contributing to monthly content calendars to drive engagement and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, compliance, and technology) to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external partners, vendors, and event organizers where required.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client feedback to provide insights that support campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for local audiences.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Ability to clearly brief designers, agencies, and internal teams.

A creative, proactive, and commercially minded approach to marketing.

Knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.

Experience within financial services, CFD, or Forex marketing is preferred but not essential.

Understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour is a strong advantage.
