Lead growth in a rapidly expanding care organisation
As Regional Manager for the North, you’ll lead a portfolio of care hubs and take full responsibility for operational performance, growth and quality across your region.
Kensa Health is a rapidly growing care business expanding into new locations across the UK. This role is central to that growth. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director for Homecare to scale services safely and sustainably, supporting both established hubs and new developments.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You’ll operate at every level of the organisation, from supporting local teams and recruiting carers through to building relationships with commissioners and driving commercial performance.
As the business grows, we fully expect this role to progress into a Regional Director position.
What you’ll do
Lead and support a portfolio of care hubs across the North
Take full ownership of regional performance, including growth, quality and financial results
Drive the development of new hubs as the business expands into new territories
Support hub launches and steps in operationally when needed to get services established
Develop and coach care managers to build strong, accountable local leadership
Own regional P&L performance and deliver sustainable commercial growth
Build strong relationships with commissioners, partners and local stakeholders
Ensure consistently high standards of care and full CQC compliance
Travel regularly across the region to stay connected to services and teams
What you’ll get
£60,000 basic salary
Up to £20,000 performance bonus

About you
This role will suit you if you:
Have senior operational experience in domiciliary or homecare services
Have managed multi-site or regional care operations
Have strong experience owning and delivering against a P&L
Have successfully grown services through organic expansion or new locations
Understand CQC regulation and regulated care environments
Are comfortable operating strategically while staying hands-on when required
Build strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
Are confident leading teams through growth and change
Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel regularly
We are looking for an experienced operator who has already led multi-site services and is ready to take ownership of regional performance.
