Regional Manager – Multifamily Turnaround / Student Housing Portfolio

We’re hiring an experienced Regional Manager with a proven ability to lead turnaround assets, stabilize underperforming properties, and build high-performing teams. This is a roving role that travels regularly to communities needing operational transformation — making it ideal for a strong operator who thrives on solving challenges and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a portfolio of multifamily and student housing assets, with a focus on underperforming or value-add properties.
• Create and execute turnaround and repositioning strategies that improve NOI, occupancy, and resident experience.
• Audit operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that align with company standards.
• Coach and develop onsite teams to strengthen leadership, accountability, and performance.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting with precision.
• Collaborate with marketing, maintenance, and corporate teams to maximize performance and asset value.
• Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews across assigned markets.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of regional or multi-site leadership experience in multifamily, student housing, or hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated success in turning around or stabilizing distressed or high-need communities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with proven P&L management expertise.
• Skilled in team development, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Ability to travel up to 75 percent or relocate
