We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Regional Manager, Business Services. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the success of our business banking portfolio while leading a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service and financial solutions to our business members.
In this role, you will combine strong leadership capability with commercial lending expertise to support business growth, manage risk, and enhance the overall member experience. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, supporting your team’s development, and strengthening relationships across the communities we serve.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to an account management team, fostering a strong sales and service culture
Set clear performance expectations aligned with organizational goals and support team members in achieving them
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on complex credit solutions, risk assessment, and deal structuring
Participate in joint member meetings and serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive matters
Drive Credit Excellence and Risk Management
Adjudicate commercial credit applications within delegated authority, balancing sound risk management with timely service
Oversee portfolio quality through regular credit reviews and adherence to policy and regulatory requirements
Provide expertise in financial analysis, lending structures, and risk mitigation strategies
Contribute to the evolution of lending policies, procedures, and best practices
Deliver on Strategy and Business Growth
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and annual business plans
Identify opportunities to grow the business lending portfolio and deepen member relationships
Partner with senior leadership, acting as a key liaison between strategy and execution
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform decision-making
Support operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across the department
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Progressive leadership experience within financial services, with a strong focus on commercial lending
Demonstrated success in business development, sales leadership, and relationship management
Skills & Attributes
Strong leadership and coaching capability with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Advanced financial acumen, including expertise in analyzing financial statements and structuring commercial credit
Sound judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in complex or high-value lending scenarios
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused

Salary Range: $100,629 - $118,388.
Regular travel to other branches on PEI will be required.
