The team you will be part of

The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.

The part you will play

We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Regional Brand Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role operates at the exciting intersection of scale and strategy. You will hold a dual mandate: acting as a "horizontal" capability builder to develop a standardized, high-performing social commerce machine across markets, while also serving as the "vertical" strategic lead for key brand accounts.

You will not just be a thinker, but a capability builder who bridges the gap between overarching business goals, audience insights, full-funnel activation, and compelling content.

As a Regional Brand Marketing Strategist (Social Commerce) you will take charge of 

1. Regional Scaling & Capability Building

Define the Regional Vision: Own and drive the regional social commerce roadmap and strategic vision.

Build Frameworks & Standardize: Develop scalable playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Ways of Working (WOWs), and templates to drive capability maturity across all markets.

Lead Product Adoption: Champion the rollout and adoption of scalable offerings, including Retail Media, GMV Max, and TikTok commerce solutions.

Generate Insights: Identify patterns from local accounts to turn them into scalable regional solutions, establishing benchmarks and sharing best practices.

Break Down Silos: Act as the ultimate cross-market connector, bridging the gap between social commerce, performance marketing, and creative teams.

2. Brand Strategy & Account Leadership

Own the Strategy: Craft strong, differentiated brand marketing strategies for assigned key accounts based on deep business goals, category dynamics, and audience insights.

Full-Funnel Translation: Effectively translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, including:

Audience personas mapping.

Full-funnel strategies (from upper-funnel awareness to lower-funnel conversion).

Channel role definitions (Meta, TikTok, Marketplaces, etc.).

Comprehensive content strategies (dictating what to say, not just asset delivery).

Elevate Client Partnerships: Participate in selected pitches and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), bringing a senior strategic POV and cross-market insights to the table.

Drive Innovation: Utilize advanced tools (e.g., TikTok MarketScope) to analyze competitive landscapes and category insights, ensuring we are delivering innovative solutions rather than just executing tasks.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Creative Teams to provide strategic briefing and direction.

Partner with Performance Teams to define activation logic and ensure seamless execution.

Act as the strategic bridge to ensure absolute consistency across the entire funnel and all marketing channels.

Strategic Excellence: High win rates in pitches and overwhelmingly positive client feedback, positioning us as strategic partners rather than mere executors.

Account Growth: Unlocking incremental revenue and budgets (including upper-funnel and non-eCommerce investments) via robust full-funnel strategies.

Scalability & Adoption: High adoption rates of regional frameworks, tools, and retail media offerings across markets.

Operational Efficiency: Improving overall capability maturity across the region, optimizing resource productivity, and driving sustainable business profitability.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields

8+ years of experience in full-funnel performance marketing. 

Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.

Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).

Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.

Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus.
