Reporting / Alignment
Reports to Regional leadership. Dotted line to Global LCL (CHQ).
Scope
• Own LCL growth and performance for your region.
• Act as the regional decision maker for LCL commercial and network decisions.
• Enforce global LCL standards and advance the global LCL five‑year plan.
Accountability
1) RFQs
• Lead LCL RFQ strategy with Sales and Account Management: focus, positioning, and lane selection.
• Own the regional LCL position in RFQs; align other regions and CHQ on multi‑region and global bids.
2) Commercial consistency
• Own the commercial consistency of the LCL product in the region.
• Enforce global LCL standards so we operate as the most consistent and reliable LCL network.
• Ensure LCL is easy to quote, easy to sell, and reliable to run.
• Set expectations for Regional and District Product Managers; coach and hold them accountable.
• Engage directly with customers when needed to align expectations to the LCL product we offer.
3) Network integrity
• Guard network integrity through defined volume thresholds and standard routings.
• Lead quarterly volume and network reviews.
• Work with Global LCL and other regions to resolve cross‑regional network impacts and scale proven designs.
Measures of Success
• Regional LCL volume vs. the five‑year LCL growth plan.
• Service reliability.
• Routing compliance with controlled, time‑bound exceptions.
• RFQ wins convert into stable, repeatable flow.
 
Expectations
• Owns outcomes; makes clear yes/no decisions.
• Proven driver of growth through standards and judgment.
• Strong RFQ and commercial capability.
• Strong market and product knowledge
• Proven leadership attitude and background
• Three (3) plus years in a Product role in GEO/CHQ
• Three (3) plus years of management position at Expeditors
• Five (5) plus years of branch experience at Expeditors
• Five (5) years of industry specific qualification
• Proven ability to work up, down and across organizational structure.
• Clear, direct written communicator.
• Strong analytics and tool fluency (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote).
