Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Highrise Project Manager to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming Highrise projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Working as Project Manager for Highrise projects
• You are the main point of contact to the customer
• Accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams
• Provides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in Formwork systems
• Determines and plans technical solutions for Highrise projects
• Supports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs
• (economically and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) from the project design stage to project inception and completion
• Provides analysis and design/price calculations as required and monitors conformance with contractual guidelines
• Project coordination/management regarding projects and daily business

• Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
• Experience with Auto CAD 2D
• At least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projects
• Master’s degree in management is preferable
• Solid communication skills in English (Preferable Arabic speaker as well)
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record managing projects in formwork & scaffolding industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
• Background in industry-specific projects (Mainly High-rise)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME-Countries (Preferable Saudi Arabia).
