Mission:
We build decision intelligence software that helps the world's biggest companies make better decisions with AI, replacing spreadsheets and slide decks with a mobile-first app that pushes actionable insights directly to decision-makers.
As Regional Head of Business Development for AI Decision Intelligence, you will lead our commercial expansion across the UAE and wider Middle East, building trusted relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders and establishing our presence as a long-term partner in the region.
This is a senior, externally facing role at the heart of our regional strategy. You will represent the company with C-level executives, government leaders, and strategic partners, opening doors, shaping opportunities, and converting relationships into meaningful, high-impact engagements.
You’ll combine strong commercial instincts with cultural fluency, regional credibility, and genuine enthusiasm for how AI can transform decision-making at scale.
Your profile:
What You'll Do
• Own and grow our business development strategy across the UAE and wider Middle East, with a primary focus on enterprise and government organisations.
• Build, maintain, and activate a strong regional network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the GCC, engaging C-suite, senior public-sector leaders, and strategic partners.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for AI-driven decision intelligence solutions, working across multiple industries.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with systems integrators, advisory firms, and ecosystem players in the region.
• Act as a senior regional representative for the company—hosting meetings, attending industry events, and building brand credibility locally.
• Work closely with global leadership, product, and GTM teams to ensure regional market needs inform strategy and execution.
• Navigate government and regulated environments with confidence, professionalism, and discretion.
What You Bring
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to build trust and influence across cultures.
• Demonstrably well connected in the UAE and wider Middle East, with real, active relationships at C-level and government level.
• 10+ years’ experience working with government entities and/or large enterprises, ideally in the region.
• Strong commercial instincts, with a track record of originating and shaping opportunities, not just responding to inbound demand.
• Genuinely excited about AI and its role in improving decision-making at enterprise and national scale.
• High emotional intelligence: culturally aware, credible, trusted, and easy to work with.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial—comfortable operating with autonomy, opening doors, and representing the company independently in the region.
