The Regional Estimation Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the estimating function within an assigned region. This role ensures accurate, timely, and competitive estimates that align with operational capacity, market conditions, and regional business objectives. The Regional Estimation Manager leads regional estimating resources, establishes consistent estimating standards, and partners closely with the Regional Director, Sales, and Operations to support profitable growth.
About the Job
You are responsible for leading regional estimating efforts that support Integra’s growth and execution strategy. You partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive estimates while setting the standard for estimating quality and consistency across your region.
What You will Be Doing
You will lead and oversee regional estimating activities supporting active and future project work.
You review complex estimates to ensure scope clarity, pricing accuracy, and margin alignment.
You get to partner with Regional Directors and cross-functional teams to align estimating with regional priorities.
Establish and maintain consistent estimating standards and processes.
Support continuous improvement through data, lessons learned, and process refinement.
What We are Looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
7+ years of construction estimating experience, with TAB, HVAC, or mechanical systems strongly preferred.
Extensive experience in construction estimating, preferably within TAB, HVAC, or mechanical scopes.
Experience supporting regional or multi-market estimating operations preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing estimators or technical teams.
What You will Need for Success
Strong ability to interpret construction documents and develop accurate cost estimates.
Proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and estimating software proficiency.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
