Job Responsibilities

• Significant hands-on location presence.

• Ability to coach and mentor location GM, front-office, field staff.

• Support and drive location-level job booking activities.

• Conduct ride-alongs & ensure technician service-system training adherence.

• Partner with location General Managers to drive a culture of performance and accountability.

Required Criteria

• Local to Chicago market.

• 10+ years of residential HVAC industry experience with in-home sales experience.

• Energetic self-starter with a strong desire to win.

• Demonstrable time spent in collaborative team environments.

• Experience managing an organization or a team of direct reports.

• Primarily on-location work within Chicago market.
