IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Regional Business Controller Europe at Envalior, you will part of the Sales Leadership Team to drive profitable growth. You will actively manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and tools to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• As trusted business partner, pro-actively support the Vice-President Sales Europe in developing strategy and tactics to drive profitable growth.
• Regional business control and performance steering against KPIs (sales volumes, margins, AR)
• OWC/Cash Control – AR management with support from shared services and customer service teams
• Sales accounting and price monitoring, including review and approval of rebates, commissions, and credit/debit notes
• Margin and pipeline management to ensure accurate and timely information for stakeholders
• Continuous improvement projects and participation in strategic/tactical initiatives across the region
• Acting as a sparring partner to senior managers and supporting commercial performance dialogues

Requirements:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong background in Finance and Business Controlling
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Hands-on approach with ability to translate financial insights for non-finance colleagues
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance or commercial controlling
• Full proficiency in German and English
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; affinity with SAP and Power BI is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry is an advantage
