SAP Fioneer baut die nächste Generation von Banking-Plattformen – an der Schnittstelle von Financial Services Expertise und SAP-Technologie.

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Geschäfts in der DACH-Region suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die ein Portfolio strategischer Bankkunden unternehmerisch von der Geschäftsentwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung verantwortet.

Diese Rolle ist kein klassischer Delivery Lead und kein reiner Sales Account Manager. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ausgewählte Schlüsselkunden end-to-end – mit dem klaren Ziel, Wachstum zu generieren und Transformation erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Deine Verantwortung

End-to-End Ownership von strategischen Kunden

• Du verantwortest unternehmerisch ein Portfolio strategischer Bankkunden
• Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner auf Executive-Level
• Du baust belastbare Kundenbeziehungen auf, die über einzelne Projekte hinausgehen

Transformation steuern

• Du definierst die strategische Stoßrichtung von Lösungen gemeinsam mit Solutioning und Produkt
• Du stellst sicher, dass kommerzielle Zusagen in der Delivery Realität Bestand haben
• Du agierst als Executive Sponsor für kritische Programme bei deinen Kunden

Marktpräsenz in der DACH-Region

• Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Go-to-Market zusammen, um Wachstum gezielt zu skalieren
• Du positionierst SAP Fioneer aktiv im Banking-Ökosystem
• Du bringst dein Netzwerk und deinen Marktzugang aktiv ein

Requirements:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer führenden Rolle im Financial-Services-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Banken
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Transformationen in Transaction Banking, Payments oder Core Banking
• Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen auf Senior- bzw. Executive-Level
• Erfahrung in der Identifikation, Strukturierung und Umsetzung komplexer Geschäfts- und Transformationsinitiativen
• Fähigkeit, kommerzielle Themen mit Delivery-Anforderungen zu verbinden
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung größerer Programme oder Initiativen in einem komplexen Umfeld
• Unternehmerisches Mindset, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
