Job Description

• Supervise daily refractory works including brick lining, castable installation, gunning, ramming, and insulation.

• Plan manpower, tools, and material requirements to meet project schedules.

• Ensure refractory activities comply with Aramco standards, project drawings, and specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and quality inspectors for inspections and approvals.

• Train and guide team members on proper refractory installation methods.

• Maintain work discipline, productivity, and safety among the refractory crew.

• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE policies at site.

• Monitor progress and report daily activities to the site supervisor/manager.

• Assist in troubleshooting refractory failures, repairs, and shutdown jobs.
