岗位概述：精炼主管负责根据公司安全，食品安全，产品质量，成本控制等要求，组织，计划和管理精炼及污水车间的生产活动。制定并回顾各项安全操作程序，培训员工并确保员工熟悉各项安全操作程序，控制生产过程的安全/工艺安全/食品安全等风险，监控生产过程，确保产品质量符合质量和客户要求，完成生产计划任务，确保各项成本及得率在预算范围内。制定员工绩效考核和个人发展目标并定期回顾，提高精炼和污水厂员工的敬业度和操作技能。

主要职责：

• 根据公司SHE及食品安全政策，制定并定期更新安全及食品安全相关操作程序，组织员工培训，并确任培训效果，控制人员、设备和工厂操作方面的安全及食品安全风险；定期进行工厂安全和食品安全检查，检查工作现场并签发许可证，分享并参与事故和幸免事故调查，参加内外部组织的SHE及食品安全体系的审计，并落实行动计划，监控安全和食品安全等程序在精炼部门的执行。
• 参加公司生产计划会议，组织计划和管理每日精炼及污水厂的生产活动，制定并定期更新生产操作程序；每天参加生产早会，了解生产效率，能源及辅料消耗，精炼得率，污水排放指标等关键KPI，发现异常及时查找原因并落实改进计划，每日检查车间班组报表，生产质量报表，确保产品符合公司质量要求和客户要求。每月检查月度报表，确保各项生产数据准确。每月和员工及管理层分享车间生产关键绩效，收集并落实合理化改进建议。
• 和维修部门合作，开展设备资产健康评估，定期回顾备件库存；部门内开展操作关怀活动，执行工单程序；根据生产计划协调好维修活动，提高设备运行可靠性，减少紧急停机率。
• 负责精炼CI改进工作，执行早会流程，推动5S，kaizen，绿带等活动，收集合理化及创新建议；参加精炼小组会议，学习并分享精炼BP，优化精炼工艺控制参数，推动精炼节能降耗等工艺优化项目的实施。
• 根据部门绩效目标，设定并定期回顾精炼车间和污水厂员工的绩效目标和个人发展目标，定期和员工沟通，提高员工的敬业度和岗位操作技能，营造积极向上的团队氛围。
• 按照DJK项目计划，负责精炼和污水的工艺设计，积极和工艺设计商沟通，提出并落实优化建议。
• 按照DJK施工计划，负责精炼和污水等区域项目实施过程中安全，质量，进度管理。
• 参加新操作员，值班长的招聘工作，负责培训新员工，组织计划好精炼和污水的调试工作，确保精炼和污水按照项目时间要求投入运营。

技能知识

油脂精炼加工或化工类理论知识

安全和工艺安全方面的理论知识

设备可靠性维修方面的理论知识

HACCP等食品安全管理体系知识

工作经历

3年以上精炼车间生产管理经验

2年以上污水车间运行管理经验

教育背景

食品加工/油脂加工/化工本科学历

语言能力

能够使用英语进行口语交流，良好的英语读写能力

其他相关技能

熟悉MS Office等办公软件

熟悉AUTOCAD软件
