岗位概述:

精炼工程师负责根据公司安全，食品安全，产品质量，成本控制等要求，组织，计划和管理精炼及污水车间的生产活动。制定并回顾各项工艺操作参数、质量内控标准及安全操作程序，培训员工并确保员工熟悉各项安全操作程序，生产工艺参数，控制生产过程的安全/工艺安全/食品安全等风险；监控生产过程，确保产品质量符合质量和客户要求，完成生产计划任务，确保各项成本及得率在预算范围内；推动精炼工艺和工艺安全改进，节能降耗工作，确保生产工艺符合最佳实践操作。

主要职责: 

•    根据公司SHE及食品安全政策，制定并定期更新安全及食品安全相关操作程序，组织员工培训，并确任培训效果，控制人员、设备和工厂操作方面的安全及食品安全风险；定期进行工厂安全和食品安全检查，检查工作现场并签发许可证，分享并参与事故和幸免事故调查，参加内外部组织的SHE及食品安全体系的审计，并落实行动计划，监控安全和食品安全等程序在精炼部门的执行。

•    每天参加生产早会，了解生产效率，能源及辅料消耗，精炼得率，污水排放指标等关键KPI，发现异常及时查找原因并落实改进计划。

•    结合生产实际情况，分析工艺不足点，定期优化回顾车间生产工艺参数和质量内控指标，确保工艺操作参数最优化，内控指标合理化。

•    负责精炼节能降耗，提高精炼得率等工艺优化项目的实施，管理车间工艺变更（MOC）流程，关闭MOC行动项，定期更新工艺PID图，程序控制文件。

•    负责精炼部门的工艺安全（PSM）及能源工作，完成CSD测试程序编写并如期完成CSD测试，确保工艺安全政策在部门的落实。

•    针对车间出现的各类停机故障（生产操作原因，控制程序原因，设备故障原因等）开展根因分析，完成行动项。

•    负责精炼CI改进工作，执行早会流程，推动5S，kaizen，绿带等活动，收集合理化及创新建议；参加精炼小组会议，分享精炼月度生产绩效，学习各精炼厂最佳操作实践并运用到生产线。

•    协助精炼主管开展部门生产管理工作。

•    按照DJK项目计划，负责精炼和污水的工艺设计，积极和工艺设计商沟通，提出并落实优化建议。

•    按照DJK施工计划，负责精炼和污水等区域项目实施过程中安全，质量，进度管理。

•    按照DJK施工计划，和承包商合作，负责控制精炼，罐区，污水自动化程序文件编写工作进度，参与自动化设计和编程检查工作，确保自动化程序在精炼调试工作的顺利完成。

•    组织新操作员，值班长的工艺参数和操作规程培训工作，培训新员工，掌握操作技能，组织计划好精炼和污水的调试工作，确保精炼和污水按照项目时间要求投入运营。

技能知识

•    油脂精炼加工或化工类理论知识

•    安全和工艺安全方面的理论知识

•    设备可靠性维修方面的理论知识

•    HACCP等食品安全管理体系知识

工作经历

•    3年以上大豆压榨，精炼或者化工行业生产经验

教育背景  

•    食品加工/油脂加工/化工本科学历

语言能力

•    能够使用英语进行口语交流

•    基本的英语读写能力

其他相关技能

•    熟悉MS Office等办公软件

•    熟悉AUTOCAD软件
