The Role

We’re looking for a Reels Maker / Video Editor to own short-form video content for clients and internal brands.

This role is highly executional and creative, focused on turning raw footage, podcasts, interviews, and ideas into engaging short-form videos for social platforms.

What You’ll Do

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn

Repurpose podcasts, interviews, and event footage into snackable content

Add captions, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion where needed

Work closely with social and content teams to align videos with strategy

Adapt formats quickly based on trends and platform requirements

Manage multiple video requests with tight turnaround times

Must Haves

2+ years of experience in video editing or short-form content creation

Strong understanding of social video formats and trends

Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm

Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Fluent English

Nice to Haves

Experience editing Web3, tech, or podcast content

Motion graphics or After Effects basics

Experience working with remote teams and agencies
