We are seeking a skilled Red Hat OpenShift Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, deploying, and maintaining OpenShift Container Platform environments to support various enterprise applications. You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the OpenShift clusters while collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform clusters.
• Manage cluster health, performance, and capacity planning.
• Implement and manage networking, storage, and security policies within OpenShift.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
• Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform upgrades, patch management, and cluster scaling as needed.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices.
• Maintain documentation related to architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution for OpenShift environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in administering Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration.
• Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and security in containerized environments.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) or equivalent certification is preferred.
